Life is stressful enough - let me handle all of the details.
- When you book a session with me, you will be sent a contract. Once the contract is signed, you will pay a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking and hold your date.
- If you have to reschedule due to an emergency, a credit will be provided to you for a future session.
- The day of your shoot, arrive early. Lateness will result in time deducted from your session. If you are running late, please contact me.
- You will be granted full download & printing rights to all photos in your gallery. Fully edited gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Online galleries include a store for professional-grade prints, albums, wall art and gifts.
- I'll always keep an eye on the forecast - if it's raining or if conditions aren't ideal, we can reschedule at no extra cost to you.
- A minimal travel fee will be applied for events beyond 40 miles from Highland Mills, NY. We can discuss this before your shoot - no surprises!
- *Travel fee does not apply to mini sessions set up by MMD Photography.

How do I book a shoot with you?
Send me a message on my website contact page or a DM through social media. We can discuss dates, times and locations that work best for you.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Relax! We are here to have fun! I like to start by getting to know you and your family before we even start shooting. When you are comfortable - we start with a smile and take it from there. Not to brag or anything, but I've even gotten teenage boys to relax and smile.
Can I request specific poses or shots?
Absolutely! Let me know what you're thinking and we can make it work for you. You can even send me a Pinterest board ahead of time for inspo!
Do I have a choice of locations for our session?
Yes! I have plenty of ideas for photo locations all across the beautiful Hudson Valley but I am always looking for more places to shoot. There will be a minimal fee for event locations 40 miles from Highland Mills, NY.
Do you retouch images?
I always edit all of the best photos from our session. I will adjust lighting and basic touch ups but I do not do any drastic editing. I want you to look like your best self in that particular moment in time. I only edit out things like blemishes or scratches, etc.
Do you have a referral program?
